History
STAV Slovakia started in its current form in 2015, but our story goes back to 2007 in the Netherlands. This is when we began to work with Trustan Bouw Management B.V. with about 20 people. Our Slovak mentality and our craftsmanship helped us to distinguish ourselves. Currently, we have about 120 Slovakian professionals and we work all over Europe, including Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Italy and the Netherlands.
We have contributed to more than 1,500 projects.
Renovation
We have experience with all types of renovations. From small to large scale renovations, from houses to hotels and from restaurants to yoga studios. We have worked to quick turnaround times for developers and have also worked on historic canal houses.

Stav Slovakia k.s. is a Slovak limited partnership and we currently have around 120 partners. At Stav Slovakia, we want to focus as much as possible on building, so we outsource all planning and administration to Stichting Bouw Facturatie Nederland.
We do not supply contractors or project managers; we just supply the hands. We work with partners who manage and supply the materials, and this combination works very well. We have our own tools, but the cars are supplied by the partners. This way we can keep our prices low and we don't have to deal with regulations in the Netherlands that limit the use of foreign license plates for work, for example. Most of us speak Dutch or English. When planning, we will take into account the fact that there will always be someone who can communicate with the project leader or contractor.
We have ± 18 large houses in the Randstad at our disposal. We stay in these houses, so our clients don't have to worry about our accommodation.
